Carl was exceptional! He came in the door very professional and down-to-earth. His decades of experience was evident by his thoroughness and patience when educating me and my sister on the issue he found, which took maybe 15 minutes for him to find. Since I am a new homeowner with little knowledge, I appreciated him taking time to educate me on how to maintain my hvac and furnice system! Thanks to Carl, I purchased a membership! It was worth it!

If I oould give a 10 star rating . . . I Would! The customer service, quality of service, the precision, knowledge and expertise made me quite confident that I found a highly reputable company to handle all of my HVAC needs. Awesome workmanship! I highly recommended their services! Re: a few of the "other" HVAC companies out there: if a HVAC company has to advertise on TV CONSTANTLY to try and draw in business, your business isn't good enough to build a solid trusting customer base . . . (those other companies can learn a thing or two from Temperature Pro!!)
