We hadn't had our AC unit serviced in a few years, so I was nervous about it's condition. R-10 came out to perform a routine service on it and did not try to upsell us on anything. They were very professional and accommodating when scheduling the appointment and pleasant to work with!

The technician and the customer service is lacking. The customer service is rude and the technician did not do what he said he was going to do because my system is still leaking.

They didnt have the correct furnace unit and had to come back 5 hrs later then didnt clean our ducts properly. if we hadnt challenged them they would not have came back the next day to finish it. seemed a little overwhelmed because it was getting on a bit in the work day. decent people but make sure you have your specifications correct before they start. luckily we had people at home the next day so didnt lose work time.

Am still waiting for paperwork regarding warranty and maintenance information but very pleased with overall installation and professional proceedure not to mention the savings and curtious service technicians.

When I called Temperature Pro out, I had already diagnosed the issue myself. I work in commercial HVAC and plumbing so I know enough about this stuff to be dangerous. I told them exactly what I thought it was. The tech that came out and half-a***d checking out the issue. He then tried to convince me that the only option was to rebuild the whole system. He gave me a quote that was easily 50% higher than what installing a new system should cost. Out of due diligence, I called another company and told them what I thought the issue was. They checked it for real this time and turns out I was right. Just for grins I asked the other company to give me a quote for a new system and the price was thousands of dollars less than what Temperature Pro quoted me. TP just wanted to get in and out quick with a couple smooth lies to sell me me an over priced AC system. I am honestly convinced their rating on places like Google maps are fake and/farmed. Their scheduling department was friendly and communicative, but that is about the only nice thing I can say.

The Team at Temperature Pro was fantastic. From the initial estimate, to the installation of new equipment, to the follow up days later, everyone was wonderful. The Team was fast and efficient. They were extremely skillful and professional. Answered all questions with a great knowledge base and offered recommendations for further energy savings. Even got a visit from the GM. I can't say enough good things. I highly recommend Temperature Pro.

On time, looked into our issue and determined we had no problem. He will send an email detailing his findings that I can provide to my home inspector. He did not want payment for his service! My partner gave him a little cash and told him to buy some lunch. I will hire again if needed! Thank you

Temperature Pro responded quickly to my request for an estimate to provide a needed repair to an out-of-service HVAC unit. Additionally, they scheduled service for the repair the next day. They arrived prepared, with the necessary part to assure the unit could be fixed within one service visit. What was quoted was the price paid.

They were able to install the AC unit within 24 hours of my previous one failing. They offered a much better price than the first company I contacted. They arrived on time and installed within the time they had stated. They had to come back out to fix one thing and they did that promptly.
