Great customer service experience and quick to respond. The cost was a little higher than expected. $600+ for a condenser fan motor. But overall satisfied with their work.

Received a code 84(hi-pressure switch lockout), messaged TemperaturePro at 11:30 pm appointment following afternoon at 1 pm. The service tech arrived on time and I explained outside fan was not running and he said that would cause the code. He shut the compressor down. Did a reset by turning the power off outside then back on, AC kicked on with fan running. Tech ran a few more checks said everything was working well. Asked me if I had twice a year service and I said no. He told me if I signed up for annual maintenance for $159.00 there would be no service charge which I agreed to do. The first time I have used this company and based on my personal experience would highly recommend them.

Everyone I talked to or came in contact with at my home, were very friendly, courteous, knew their jobs well and respected and answered any questions I had. I would totally recommend this company to anyone and would never have to worry about bad feedback. Great people.

I thought it was going to be expensive but he found out it was just a wiring fault by installer and fixed it with just the simple service charge. He could have raked us but WOW...awesome!!!
