TemperatureProâ s technician arrived 5 minutes before the agreed upon time. He was friendly, introducing himself and explaining the nature of the work he was going to perform as part of my annual maintenance on my AC system. He then set to work, cleaning the outside units, and verifying good working condition of both indoor and outdoor units. He asked about any concerns or issues, and provided a recommendation to make the filter change outs easier and reduce potential allergens. His recommendation wasnâ t a pushy sales pitch but rather a genuine solution to a problem I expressed.
