07 MAY 2024: TemperaturePro Dallas-Richardson (TPDR). Where do I start!? We had the BEST customer service experience ever with TPDR; it was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL!!! Starting with Jessica, she set up our appointment with TPDR; speaking with her, I immediately felt like I made the right decision by calling TemperaturePro Dallas-Richardson. Mark, my TPDR representative has EXCEPTIONAL (I do not want overuse the word exceptional; in this case, he has) customer service skills; I know, because I work in customer service! Mark was professional and he is a great listener; to me, that is a plus! We never felt pressured. Mark took notes, he evaluated our existing HVAC system, and he offered great recommendations. Mark understood what we were seeking for our HVAC needs. Because he understood what we were seeking, we received exactly (Carrier 2-Stage System) what we wanted at a very competitive price. Disclosure! I sought three (3) HVAC quotes. After doing extensive research (I wanted to be realistic with pricing), TemperaturePro Dallas-Richardson met what we budget for; it was a win-win for us and TPDR. Additionally, our install team, Moe, Juan, and Ethan were a GREAT Trio; in short, from a technician/installer standpoint, they knock it out of the park!!! Moe Team install was very neat and professional looking. Also, they were polite and knowledgeable! Moe, the lead, kept me in-the-loop on how our HVAC installation was progressing. In closing, I can honestly say with certainty, choose TPDR first for your HVAC needs. If you must, get two additional HVAC quotes; I believe you will choose TemperaturePro Dallas-Richardson over the others! Google only allow 5-Stars; TPDR deserves 10 Stars! The project was top notch. I would highly recommend this company. One thing they do that I'm really grateful for is that they tell me exactly what's going on with our systems and they also send photos showing what the problem is. The technician also calls to give updates on the progress and also to let you know if there's changes needing to be made. No unauthorized changes unless it's been approve by customer. We will definitely use them for both, our commercial and residential projects. Thank you guys!
