These guys were great right from the start. The office listened to what I wanted, and made an appointment for an estimate within 48 hours. Rob came out to my house, checked things thoroughly and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I was confident that he knew exactly what needed to be done and that there would be no surprises. He worked around my schedule to make an appointment to do the work when it was convenient for me. He showed up on time, took about as long as he said he would, then spent an extra 30 minutes answering all of my questions. When it comes time for my next HVAC maintenance, I plan on having them do the work. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I inherited a house in Cumming Ga. and one of the A/C units was not working properly. Jamie called 30 minutes before my schedule 9 am appointment to let me know he was on his way. He fixed a broken connection outside in less than 30 minutes and showed me how to care for all three units. He also gave me a discount for joining the annual service plan. The work was very reasonably priced! I will definitely use Temperature Pro again!

I highly recommend TemperaturePro North Atlanta. Matt and Rob were both very responsive and willing to come out quickly to address a problem while I was out of town. They did an excellent job servicing my system and replacing damaged ductwork. They also hooked up a dehumidifier I purchased for the crawl space. They were very reasonable and did not try to oversell or overcharge. They provided a thorough explanation of the work they completed and discussed potential future needs. TemperaturePro North Atlanta is exceptional and many thanks to them!

Matt & Rob were very responsive, and provided us with an estimate the day after calling. We not only had them install a new a/c unit and line set, we also had another a/c units line set replaced, as well as raised (due to sinking). Jeff & Chris were excellent in doing the long days work! Best of all, their price was a significant savings over all our other estimates. Highly recommend Temperature Pro & look forward to seeing them for our maintenance program!

Over one year later, and we are still very satisfied with the service delivered by these professionals. We called with a follow-up issue, which ended up not being their fault, but they fixed the issue and definitely stand by their high quality service!

Called back quickly, kept appointment for initial trouble-shooting and made repair next day. Polite guys and even had shoe covers on when coming indoors. Plan on participating in their referral program and having them back for AC in Spring.

Excellent job with communication. They came out the same day and although I was not there when they came it seemed like it was handled like a Pro. I do not know what the costs of this type of service would generally be but they were able to fix the problem within the same day and that was awesome.
