Heat Pump - Install or Replace
This company sold me a TRANE 5-ton HVAC system. They sold me a system too big for my home. They did not run a load calculation. They installed it incorrectly, wiring it wrong twice. resulting in my new wood floors cupping, and my electric bills being higher than they should be. Brian (the owner) advised of staffing issues mid-summer. The service person who came in August was rude and said the first person who installed did it wrong, the system did not work within 24 hours after he left. He had to come back the next day and fix it. I attempted to contact them in Dec 2022 and thereafter and have received no reply. TRANE has told me they are not an authorized dealer for them. If they are still in business, do not buy an HVAC system from them.

I hired TemperaturePro to replace the external coil. Brian was of great help who secured the warranty part for me and has it delivered in a week. The installation work was done in time before the warm weather started. I highly recommend their service and definitely will switch to them for annual check-up as well.
