Gas Heating and Furnace Service
The HVAC install for both a 2 Ton & 5 Ton system was completed over a two-day period, with the engineers showing both a professional and friendly attitude. Both units were completed with zero disruption to the house and initially the system seemed to be working well. However, after a few days I asked for a return visit as a part of the house seemed to be quite warm. After checking the 5 Ton readings, this unit was not being supplied with sufficient air. An additional inlet plate and large ducting pipe was added going into the 5 Ton unit within 2 days of finding and solving the problem. My thanks to ReliaBee for the prompt response to the problem, and a special thanks to J.D. who installed the additional piping for his Friendly and professional workmanship.

TemperaturePro not only did a good, thorough job but they also returned about a week later to do a full quality check, ensuring that I had all my questions answered and was familiarized with my new thermostats' operation. This was a pretty expensive job but it was needed and, in the end, a pretty good value. Everything was done with quality in mind and the result is that I now have a new, very quiet HVAC system. The only real question remaining is whether there will be noticeable reduction to my electric bill due to the advertised energy efficiency improvements. I should know fairly soon, once I get my first full-month electric bill on the new system.

Ruben Hernandez was very helpful he was on time he check my furnace and thermostat and noticed that it wasn't connecting at all so he check upstairs wiring and downstairs wiring to so need to put new thermostat and the house start to warm up fast was pleased with his work he explained everything to us and did a contract with the company for they could service us.

They are great at sales and taking your money. The promised a new system and 3 new programmable thermostats. The got the money, put in the system, but trying to get the programmable thermostats was like pulling teeth. After two weeks and numerous calls and ghosting they finally came to put in the thermostats....NOT programmable. After all the hassle just getting them to show up I figured it was best to just cut bait and let it go. They also said they would email me some maintenance plans with the cost. Never received. The follow up from them leaves a lot to be desired. UPDATE: Courtney reached out to me personally to apologize and see what could be done. I appreciate the company owning up to this and reaching out. While the follow-up was lacking, I really appreciate talking to Courtney and getting their side. The AC is working great, and, as I told Courtney, I would recommend them to others.

When talking with the sales group I got an idea for how install would work. I stressed out because install didn't go how I imagined but when I asked the installers tried to explain but I was not understanding. They took the time a little later in the process to show me what I was not understanding with the explanation. This helped and let me see how they were meeting the expectations the sales people presented.

Very professional team from estimate through delivery, installation and follow up. During the estimate, I was shown videos of how various systems operate and their efficiency. I was then given three options for my needs, with thorough explanations of their benefits. The option I selected was several thousand dollars under the estimates of two major HVAC companies, which allowed me to purchase a higher end option. The team that did the installation brought in a portable AC and installed it in my master bedroom to keep me cool while they replaced the HVAC unit that day, so I had no real inconvenience, even though it was over 100 degrees outside. The installation process was smooth and the installers spent time showing me how to install and use the app on my phone and setting a good schedule for my new unit. Then, the team followed up the next day sending another installer out to do a thorough check on the work from the first installers and to make sure the unit was operating well and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company and their work and price.
