    Ruben Hernandez was very helpful he was on time he check my furnace and thermostat and noticed that it wasn't connecting at all so he check upstairs wiring and downstairs wiring to so need to put new thermostat and the house start to warm up fast was pleased with his work he explained everything to us and did a contract with the company for they could service us.

    They are great at sales and taking your money. The promised a new system and 3 new programmable thermostats. The got the money, put in the system, but trying to get the programmable thermostats was like pulling teeth. After two weeks and numerous calls and ghosting they finally came to put in the thermostats....NOT programmable. After all the hassle just getting them to show up I figured it was best to just cut bait and let it go. They also said they would email me some maintenance plans with the cost. Never received. The follow up from them leaves a lot to be desired. UPDATE: Courtney reached out to me personally to apologize and see what could be done. I appreciate the company owning up to this and reaching out. While the follow-up was lacking, I really appreciate talking to Courtney and getting their side. The AC is working great, and, as I told Courtney, I would recommend them to others.

    I called this morning around 9:30 am to fix my condensate drain line being stopped up. The nice lady gave me a same day appointment between 3pm - 5pm. The serviceman showed up around 2:30pm and after some explaining the problem to him he went to work in the hot attic for around one hour, did a great job, flushed both of my units and he never broke a sweat. His name was Maxwell and if there had been an option in his credit card machine to include a tip for a "job well done" @ a very reasonable cost I would have gladly given one. Bottom line is if you ever need service done to your HVAC look no further than TemperaturePro" in San Antonio, Tx.

    The house I bought had TemperaturePro San Antonio install a new AC system in May 2022. There were issues with refrigerant leaking in April 2023 and June 2023. The first was covered by warranty, because it's within one year of the initial installation. Two months after the April fix, the AC has the issue that was supposedly fixed, but isn't covered by warranty. Response to Response: I called yesterday and was told that because it was more than one year (by one month) since the install date, the system was no longer covered. Update: TemperaturePro says that though the initial installation warranty is invalid, the work done two months ago has a warranty for a year and would be covered. I had a different company look at the AC (this was before TemperaturePro looked at it) and they were adamant that the evaporator coil was leaking and needed replaced. TemperaturePro then looked at it and couldn't find any issues with the AC system. The other company stands by their assessment and claims that they had to replace Freon and used an infrared combustible refrigerant gas detector to find the leak in the evaporator coil. I'm not sure what to make of the conflicting assessments and may need a third party to evaluate if there's a leak. Update (updated to 5 stars): Had a friend that fixes AC issues look at the system and he didn't find a leak.

Update: We were given the opportunity to have our team inspect the unit. The unit was checked out on 2 different days, by two senior technicians and was found to have no performance issues and no air, water or refrigerant leaks. The house's attic has minimal insulation and improper directional vents that were installed by the GC that flipped the house. In addition TX is in the middle of an extreme heat wave and the temperatures through the weeks in question were over 102° outside daily. We've made recommendations for improvements that can improve the tenant's comfort. We look forward to helping get the house more comfortable. Thank you for the opportunity to go back and validate the repairs were done properly.
