They misdiagnosed the problem, I was quoted $1600 to replace a motor when it was not needed. I had another company replacing the correct part for $550.

"Mr. Rami, We did not misdiagnose your problem. Your air handler has an X-13 blower motor, that motor has a removable control module that had burned out. Based on the age of your system we recommended you change both the motor and the module. That is what is recommended by the manufacture of your system. For the price you paid, I am quite sure you just had the module replaced. While it may have fixed your problem temporarily, there is no way of knowing how long this solution will actually last. By not replacing the original motor and the module at the same time it is very likely that the new module will as the previous module did. As I stated, we follow the manufacture's recommendations on these types of faults. Other companies may choose not to because changing the module is quick and cheap but in most cases, it does not address the root problem. I am sorry if we did not make this clear to you when discussing our quote."

Ike was the technician. He was patient, professional, and installed a WiFi thermostat for me. It was a difficult install due to the nature of the thermostat and hvac system. Communication with Mark at front office was also very good.

I had to replace my very old A/C unit while I was away from home and not able to come back because of the pandemic. Everything was FANTASTIC with this company. Came to my home same say of phone inquiry to give me a quote. Mark the owner came to my house to give me quote and was knowledgeable and professional. The were the lowest price of multiple companies that gave me a quote. I called Mark later that day and he was able to schedule installation for next day. The two employees that came to take old system out and install new system were fantastic. Professional and their skills were top notch. Mark the owner came by to check how job was going. The job was completed to perfection. If you need AC work call this company!!!!
