"Response from owner Scott Greenberg. The 1st time we went to this mobile home unit, we found and replaced the power transformer. This restored the cooling part of unit. It is not uncommon for an 7 yr old transformer to burn, however, there is usually a short somewhere in unit. We found the short was in the heater. When she turned on heat it burnt 2nd transformer. At no charge, we disconnected the heat to be safe, ordered heater and blower motor. Which had to be shipped from factory. Customer called to see when we would return and was answered each time within a few minutes, there was no running after me. As far as the repeated appointment, is because the parts did not arrive as we expected, so we had to wait till they actually arrived. As far as after 40 yrs can not fix a standard a/c is false. You can not fix unit without parts. As far as unprofessional, is not true as you see our 70 other 5-star reviews speak for themselves. As far as incompetent, I have been in the a/c trade since 1980. State licensed mechanical contractor for 32 years. The customer only paid $200 for the 1st call.did not pay for anything else.the work that was done at a loss to my company, he did not pay for anything that was not done.as far as I told him I was busy, yes I was my brother a 911 cancer victim had just died after 2 yrs in hospital. I was gone for 3 weeks to his funeral and stay with my 90 yr old mom had a breakdown after.so things did get a bit behind.also the lady who lived at trailer had some guy from n.j calling me.when asked if he was owner he did not reply.when he called insulting me saying I did not know how to fix unit I told him he can hire someone else, I do not need to be insulted. There are 2 sides to every story."
