If people do not know what they are doing, they need to let the customer know. My time is valuable, I cannot continue to have him keep ordering parts and play the guessing game trying to fix the issue.

Plumbing problem? This is NOT the company or the person you need to do your job! I have a laundry list of issues and if I could give no stars for everything other than him showing up I would. But I am about to tell you a nightmare of a story so read it and choose wisely, because your money depends on it. I came into this being sure my problem would be fixed on the same day. Now that I think of it, I should NOT have paid until I was sure what was done would work. So the man Robert Jones, came to my home, I explained my issue. Explained I always end up needing this job done every 6-8 months, I wanted to be sure it was not something else that needed fixing, by something else I meant a big problem I could fix for good. So if fixed I would not need anyone to keep coming back out again. I explained about where my main line was but that did not matter, he did not try to unclog from that spot. I explained that every other plumber just goes through that main line and they find the clog from the outside. I thought he would go try from that, but instead he proceeded to tell me about some product that would do the job. He insisted he use this product and for me not to run water for the rest of the day IN MY KITCHEN (from 10AM that day) I guess he poured the product down my drain, never actually seen him do it. I paid him 150$ just for him to come to my house, not try anything to unclog my sink and to pour something down my drain, tell me wait till the next day to see if it worked! I did not pick him, I believe home advisor did. When he finished looking and I presume after pouring the liquid down my drain he advised me to pour boiling hot water down the drain the next morning at the same time and to give him a call and that he would call me to be sure it worked so imagine my surprise when he would not answer my call when everything went down hill. So the next day I did as he told which would clear everything out. Once I began pouring the water down the drain I began to hear water gushing underneath my cabinet it took me a minute to get the pot down there, because I did not realize it was coming from there. But when I got down there I found the pipes not screwed back on correctly. So now I myself have to go down there where there is boiling hot water draining from the pipe to try to screw it on correctly. I tried to do that all while calling this guy because it was an emergency and I did not know if I could fix it. I sent him a video showing him the product he used did not work after I got the pipe back on so it only dribbled down into my pot since the rubber stopper was broke; he never answered. He did not answer the million times I called him so I sent him text messages, when he did call back it was only after I told him in one of those text messages that I was calling BBB, home advisor and Angies list to place a complaint. He hung up in my face several times spoke to me very unprofessionally and told me he did not have to give me my money back. . I will never again use home advisor or Angies list if just anybody can put down that they are a plumber, rip someone off and not be forced to give the money back when they fail completely and miserably! That product I paid 50$ for, might I add, as I was fixing my pipe the smell I got was a strong whiff of Clorox bleach. So he came in my home and played â plumber, took my money hung up in my face when I tell him he ripped me off and say to me he did not have to give me my money back! Never again! He may be a heating and cooling and appliances like his card says, but he is definitely NOT a plumber!! I want all 150$ back! Guaranteed, he would not have done this if there was a man here! If your not honest in one area of your business, you are not honest any where and this guy was the furthest thing from honest! Learn from my 150$ lesson!
