"Trina I meet your husband on site and we decided on the size the capstone should be. I then drew a shop drawing before having the stone fabricated and sent to you for approval. You signed the shop drawing! After your complaints I went back to your home and removed the capstone, I had it cut down to a narrower size, had the edges refinished all at cost. I do not know what more I could have done to make you happy? I also paid to have your garbage removed which was clearly stated on the quote that it was o't included because your husband was going to take care of it to save some money. My opinion still stands, the original size we installed looked the best. The re-fabricated version is too narrow. You still have the same piece of stone so I do not know why you are accusing me of being a thief. What was my benefit in all this? The change cost me more money than I charged you. Also why are you posting this review 1 year after this project was completed?"
