Metro West Mini Splits

We had Metro West install a new heat pump system for our upstairs bedrooms. They worked closely with us on the design and features we were looking for and helped us with all of the paperwork for the Mass Save Program. We have an older house so the bedrooms were often cold in the winter and hot in the the summer. Now, we're comfortable year round. Thanks Alan & Jamie.

Absolutely recommended!!! Excellent experience from the first call to the last!! Their quote was more than the couple others but we decided to go with Metrowest because of the review and how we feel with Alan at the first time... the knowledge and professional. They crew were on time and finished the job clean and on schedule. A few days after the installment finished, the heat wasn't heat up as it was suppose to the set temp, we call Alan and he came right away to fixed the problem and was solved at no time, he was even going to replace the unit right away but thankfully it does't need to. Jamie the other owner was also very helpful helping on the rebate form. Thank you

I would proudly recommend them to family and friends and anyone looking for heating and cooling solutions for their home. We got a ducted system in our upstairs and three lower wall units in our downstairs. Installation was seamless. Always available by email or phone for questions and put care and effort in their recommendations to be sure you will be satisfied. I’m so glad we went with them. Worth every penny.

Outstanding price and service! They provided the lowest of 4 quotes for replacing a boiler, quoted us 1-2 days of work and completed it within 1 day with a grade A team, which included co-owners Alan and Jamie. The whole crew (5 guys) were clean, conscientious, respectful and meticulous. The unit is working perfectly. I would choose them again.

Top notch service, highly recommend!

Last month we installed 3 heating/cooling mini split wall units in one half of our home and a separate ducted system proving heating/cooling in the bedrooms/bathrooms at the other end. Jamie and Al were great to work with and provided great ideas and solutions for our layout. During the install, the Team was professional, efficient and treated our home like their own, covering floors, careful bringing in equipment and mindful of cleaning up at the end of the work day. Jamie and Al took the time to walk us through how to use the systems and provided great tips based on their own personal use, which I appreciated. Our systems are great — we have now used both cooling and heating features and it has done both efficiently. I have to say, working with the Metrowest Team truly put my mind at ease as they are a caring Team and know this can be a big project for many homeowners.

These guys were incredibly patient with us. We wanted a much smaller system than most companies were offering g because our house is super insulated. They worked with us until we got what we wanted.

Not only was the price more than fair, Jamie and his business partner were the most professional and responsive of all of the companies I initially contacted for a quote. Jamie was extremely patient with all of my many questions and even did two home visits to consult and help me come to a decision on the needed work. Jamie even helped with all of the paperwork and rebate form for MassSave, a huge bonus as the process is not the simplest. The installation crew was timely and professional.
