Central A/C Installation
I purchased two complete air conditioner/heat pump systems from the owners brother who was working for him. As part of the overall contract that I sign and paid to Temp Zone of South Dade Inc. I was to receive two maintenance visits per year for three years for both units. It also included 3 years of parts and labor for the units with an option to renew every three years. I have tried to contact the individual who sold me the units several times without success asking when they would do the maintenance. I finally contacted the owner and his comment was that he has not been able to reach his brother but he would get back to me. That was two months ago.
