I would highly recommend this contractor. We were finishing our entire basement and he did a phenomenal job! We had designs that he followed to a T, but he also made recommendations for things that were not in the design or in addition to the design - which were spot on. He helped us pick out the colors, fixtures, appliances, and hardware along the way by showing us options in their space and made sure they were the right thing before he installed them. Beyond just getting the job done, his customer service was top notch. You can tell he loves what he does and was excited to be there. He was the nicest, kindest person to have coming in our home and working every day. He emphasized communication which allowed us to get exactly the basement we wanted. He was extremely respectful of our time and our space making sure everything was cleaner and better than before. You can't go wrong with Chad as he puts his heart and soul into his work and we will be calling on him again!

My wife and I are in the process of remodeling our basement. Chad was recommended to us by friends who he had done work for. We wanted to start by tearing out the old ceiling and putting a drop ceiling in. He gave us a quote, which was below 2 other quotes we had. Gave him the job for the ceiling - hoping it would go well, so we could give him more work-walls, flooring, etc…. We couldn’t be happier-work was immaculate, did what he said he would do, and the communication we had was the best, and his professionalism was paramount - he earned more work from us.
