I was in a pinch and had a bat problem. I hired Mr. Tench thinking that his prices were reasonable and his reviews were pretty high. Unfortunately, the job he did for us was terrible. The bats returned 2 weeks later by using THE SAME entry point as before. Apparently, the duct tape attached to the 1 way bat exit he set up lost its adhesive during all of the rain. After contacting Mr. Tench about these issues, a follow-up was scheduled within 2 days. While waiting on this latest (dis)appointment, I reflected on how quick Mr. Tench was to demand payment from me in full before completing the job. I considered how long it took for him to clean up the guano (after his initial work), and I also saw his original remediation efforts. Ultimately, I felt cheated. That feeling was even more reinforced when he did a no show for a scheduled appointment. He did call. I didn't even bother with him at that point. I ended up hiring a different exterminating company to get the job done right. The technician pretty much confirmed that the company who did work before him had no idea what they were doing. The new company completed the job (got the bats out), cleaned up the guano and sealed up the holes. He made Tench Exterminating look bad in that he charged me only for the supplies (not labor) to complete the job. To me that is telling. New company has a very satisfied customer. Avoid Tench Exterminating Co. like a lion.

After treating for the bedbugs, he offered to return and install the plastic mattress covers, we had ordered from Walmart.
