On January 12, 2025, I had an issue with my laptop that was in the state of crashing. It was infected with harming malware. I remembered that I had the name and number of a professional IT Technician that was highly recommended by colleagues. I immediately reached out to her to see if she would be able to fit me in on her schedule. Mrs. Hawk immediately sprung into action, letting me know that everything would be okay. I gave her my address and, within an hour Mrs. Hawk was at my residence ready to resolve the issues I was experiencing. Mrs. Hawk quickly saw the problem and discussed options that were affordable for me. My computer is now working " BETTER and FASTER" I highly recommend Tender Care PC to resolve all your computer needs.
