Brandon did a great job for us - inspected and cleaned our chimney, installed a chimney cap, provided advice about care for the outside of the chimney to prolong its life. Great communications with us, punctual, professional. I'll certainly return to him for our next chimney job, and have no reservations about recommending him to others.

Sealed the brick on my chimney and applied a waterproof membrane to the chimney crown. Also replaced the existing steel chimney cap with a stainless steel cap. Clean, professional and friendly.

Super nice and personable which made a huge difference. They went above and beyond the call of duty by showing me how to operate a chimney and fireplace that the previous homeowner fabricated himself and was not standard.

Worked me into their schedule. Cleaned and repaired my chimney and offered information about fireplace products that may be helpful for my situation.

They were professional, friendly. Let me know that cracks at the top of the chimney needed to be sealed at some point. Gave me an estimate but did not pressure me at all to get the work done asap.

They were timely, professional, and resourceful. Cleaned and inspected chimney. Didn't find any issues, but recommended having it "sealed" and provided an estimate. The only thing that wasn't mentioned is the latch on the outside ash trap is broken, but reported that there wasn't anything that would prevent efficient use.

The guys showed up on time, did the work quickly but thoroughly, didn't make a mess, answered all my questions and even gave me tips on how to use my fireplace and stove safely. They found some work that needs to be done but didn't push me to do it immediately. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
