They saved me money and did a great job.

He did a lousy job. Half clean my dryer vent. Three minute job. Charged me $100.00.

Scott was very polite, very organized, went right to work and boom he was done. Could not have asked for an easier experience.

They did a great job cleaning the dryer vent and even fixed the outside vent covering. The only downside was the price. It was almost $40 more than the estimate I got and when I asked if I was going to get the 15% discount and he said I got it, but it wasn't indicated on my receipt. I will recommend them to others needing the same work done.

The tech came early Friday I showed him the vents etc. Every time he did not know what to tell me, said **I need to call my boss**. Finally, he decided he could not help me w/ anything. Ex: paint over SOME screws, (said I would ok him to unscrew or I could) The ads were **ea Vent $8, Free Main Trunk Line Free, Dryer Vent Cleaning FREE**. Very disappointed he left after about 10-15 mins??? Wish I had one of the tech others had. I had been very excited to have the cleaning done

I hired TCA to do a simple vent cleaning and had the technician inspect my system. I am so glad he did a thorough inspection and showed me pictures of how filthy my system was. I live in a brand new construction and had no idea it would be this bad considering my home is brand new. Construction crew left so much debris in my air ducts/branches I was so grossed out knowing I was breathing that. I decided to have my technician clean it all. Everything! It’s a bit pricey up front but I also signed up for the maintenance program which is super cheap to pay for after. Lawrence, my technician, did an incredible job! He was transparent on cost before moving forward and gave me a few options to consider. Answered all of my questions and provided thoughtful recommendations. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. The air we breath is so important to living healthy. This is a must do when you own a house. I also probably saved myself thousands in potential damage to the system if I never cleaned it out.

The final cost of the project was $712. This was for cleaning the air ducts and cleaning the coils on my heat pump. I also purchased an electrostatic filter for $99, which is included in the total listed.

Job turned into an inspection only. The technician determined that the duct work was too old to clean. He said it would shred if he tried to put the brushes through it.

They were excellent from start to finish. Professional. Comprehensive. Prompt. Fair-priced. Highly recommend.

Twice on the phone, someone from the business quoted me eight dollars per vent and air return. They never mentioned the charge for the main trunk cleaning. I told the man who did the service that she didn t mention it, And it sounded like lowball estimates. He told me she should not have done that, and it s not their policy to leave that information out over the phone. My skepticism about this is the only reason I didn t give them five stars

I should have read the feedback before hiring this company. The quotes given over the phone was different from the quote given to me by the person who came home to do the work. They also have a tendency to force you to do more work and charge you for it. I will give the person who did the job good review for the work he did but the company sucks when it comes to customer service. I'd recommend HomeAdvisor to drop this company from its listing as it would hurt its customer's confidence in serving its clients.

It ended up being a pretty big job but before he got started, he quoted the highest price (on the phone they explained the pricing scale to me and given the location of my dryer and vent, I found it hard to believe it warranted the top tier of said scale). I was a bit put off by that. But once it all turned out to be worse than he expected, I felt like the pricing was totally fair. The job was done very well and Lawrence was very kind, even to be toddler that wanted to be part of all the action. Excellent, friendly, thorough, and overall incredible service.

I was Overcharged,bait and switch....didn't have enough supplies ie tape...no cards no sign on truck, out of town workers,attempted to charge as much as $2000.
