I hired them to repair our front porch. Six months later the paint was peeling and chipping. James came back out repainted but 6 months later it is peeling and chipping again. When I received final bill I over paid by $300. I have been calling James for over a year with no call back and no refund. I would not recommend this company.

First they dont return phone calls! They were chosen by my Home Warranty 3/11. They stated they didnt get the call from Home Warranty so I had to call them to set up the appointment. When the tech arrived, he stated he didnt have the part and it would have to be ordered. I waited 1 week and attempted 4 times to call leaving a message each time! I finally called and got an answer on 3/20. She stated they hadnt even ordered part due to no approval. When I got Home Warranty on the other phone, he didnt even have the diagnosis at that point. Not sure whom to believe. She then stated she didnt have to order the part so that was a LIE! I would not recommend this company due to not letting me know what was going on, lying to me and not answering my phone conversation. While questioning the lies and not returning my phone calls, the lady hung up on me! This conversation was recorded with Home Warranty! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE WHO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT DO THE JOB! NOW I HAVE TO PAY MY DEDUCTIBLE AGAIN! I HOPE HOME WARRANTY DROPS THEM FROM THEIR PROGRAM!

On time went for the lowest cost to repair the dryer explained what he did and what could happen and the cost if the repair did not work.

It was a bit difficult to get someone on the phone and they called saying they were on their way at 10 am when the appointment was at 2 pm. Had to scramble and change work schedule, but work was done quickly and efficiently. Tech was very nice and professional.

My objective in servicing my dishwasher was to be able to wash my dishes and have clean dishes to use after the service was completed. My objective was not obtained.

Cost $75.00 for trip out here which is the going price. The employee was completely honest about my washer and let me know that it would take more to fix than buying and new one. He could have let me fix it at a big expense but HE WAS HONEST. I would recommend them to anyone.

We hired this company in February 2018, we had a contract that totaled $5750.00 in cost. They never completed the contract. The final element was replacing the door to the crawl space. This was never completed allowing access to our crawl space by various critters which has destroyed everything that we did to encapsulate the crawl space. We have tried to reach out to this company on many occasions, calling the office and leaving multiple messages. We have left messages for Mr. Anthony the owner on his cell phone with absolutely no followup. We have been given many dates for completion but no one has ever shown up. I am certain at this point that they have blocked by number because when I call it goes straight to voicemail. To be fair they did deduct $250.00 from the money they were paid because they did not have the materials for the door. The understanding was that as soon as the materials arrived and the door was complete that the $250.00 would be paid. Because the door has not been fixed the effort to dry and encapsulate the crawl space was all for nothing because moisture and critters continue to have access. Therefore we have wasted nearly $6000.00 I would not recommend this company to anyone and plan to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

They came out to fix my dishwasher because the water wouldn't drain properly.. After working on it for an hour, he said it was fixed. The next day when I went to run the dishwasher it had the same problem. Called them to say it still wasn't fixed but they would never call me back. But they didn't have a problem still cashing my check though. Total rip-off.

I wasn’t aware BestBuy would do dishwasher installation. Extremely pleased with the quality of work.
