First time with Tennessee Legend Cleaners. Their attention to detail is severely lacking. You get one chance to make a good impression and I was not impressed. I hope they get their act together. We need serious small businesses in East Tennessee.

Sorry for the long complaint. Bate and switch and here is the truth. You decide. Attached is the quote and the discount we agreed on. Dustin quoted my home at over 300.00 to clean each time every other week. No way! We agreed on a price of 135.00 every other week. On a home that is 2000 sq feet ranch with no basement. 3 bedroom 2 baths. Two adults live in home and other 2 bedrooms are guest rooms. When people come from out of town once or twice a year, They cleaned and I called Dustin to change from pm to am clean due to scheduling difficulties. He said he had to raise the fee. I was shocked after we agreed on a price and they only cleaned one time. I told him if he needed to do this I was out. Rescheduled me. Sept 8th 9am my scheduled time no cleaner showed up. I called Dustin and he said at this price point he booked me wrong. Went on to tell me how much he charges other people. He cleans small trailers for elderly and charges them 150.00. Shame on him.

They do an amazing job and treat my home like it’s their own.
