Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
Patrick came out for a clogged kitchen sink drain. He discovered an underlying issue with the drain pipe in the crawlspace- if left unaddressed, we would be calling them back out for another clog soon. In other words, he “did it right the first time”.
He focused on educating me about the cause of the problem, and had a “no pressure” approach to a few solution options, which I appreciated.
He also went out of his way to provide extra service that he didn’t “have to” do, such as adding a little spray foam to an area around the pipe in the crawl space, and drying off our kitchen counter by the sink when he was done.

Water Heater - Repair or Service
There was more than one project Chris Grunz came to take care of. I appreciate Chris for being on time, communicating well, explaining, reviewing the work he completed. This was all in all a positive experience. Thank you! Also, shoutout to Michael Gibbons who came a couple days earlier and diagnosed plumbing issues we need to address. He was helpful explaining his findings and making recommendations. Thank you!
