Rance called 30 minutes prior to arriving, quickly diagnosed the problem with our PRV, prepared an estimate and quickly replaced the PRV and a shower head. Everything was tested and worked perfectly. Rance was very polite and professional, would definitely ask for him again.

The pro called within an hour of my inquiry. He was able to book an appointment within a few hours. He notified me in advance of the appointment that he would text 30 minutes ahead of his arrival. He was punctual and considerate of our peculiarities. He reviewed our situation and did a thorough assesstment of other contributing factors. He discovered additional areas that needed to be addressed that could have caused addtional problems in the near future. Fortunately for us he had all the tools and supplies to address our needs in a very timely manner. The technicians were mindful to keep our area clean and even had covers for their shoes. Everything was clean and in excellent working order when they finished. They gave a 10 year warranty on the new faucet for our kitchen sink and 5 year warranty on the disposal they provided.

Rance Came to our home on time and gave a careful evaluation of a job I needed done. Rescheduled it for approximately a week and a half out. That day he again was on time. He removed my old hot water heater and placed the new one in its new location and adapted the Plumbing. He was very clean and wore protective covers on his shoes. He was very courteous and informed. And when I needed to adjust the list of services I had agreed to, he gave me no quarrel. He removed the item that I no longer need. Excellent service from excellent people!
