Two of the four gentlemen did some patchy work, but at least, they worked. There was no paperwork. They were clearly in over their heads, I think that the two who even showed up were very well-intentioned, but had no idea what they were doing. I am left with a pile of materials and no plans. They would probably do well enough for very small jobs. I felt bad for them.

He is a liar and a criminal. First, he came to my place totally unprepared...no tools no nothing. They reserved a dingo in my name so I had to go with them to Sunbelt to pick it up. Getting started...he was totally unorganized. I had to loan him some of my tools, shovels, spud bar, rakes, etc. They had trouble as our ground is full of flat rocks. Naturally, they did not get finished...said they would be back next day, Saturday. They took the dingo with them said would drop off first in the morning. They did not show up Saturday. Called he said could not come as buddy took his truck and went to Chicago. Rained pretty hard over weekend so I did not really expect them to show up on Monday or Tuesday. Tuesday night got a text from credit card company questioning some charges...one from Sunbelt. Original rental for dingo was $320 which was to be deducted from my bill. Visa advised me my bill was $850...naturally I was furious. Called Tepe and left a voice mail telling him to clear this up. Got a text saying didnt understand he took dingo back first thing Sat. He would call first thing in morning and straighten out. I had plans on going to Sunbelt myself first thing. Sun elt advised me that he did not drop off Saturday morning as he claimed but Tuesday right after closing. (He left 2 huge boulders on trailer for Sunbelt people to dispose of). Sunbelt and I had a discussion. They were very gracious about it and agreed to credit my card for the extra $530. They were going to go after Tepe for the balance due. He will never be able to rent from them again. He lied to me about what happened and he fact he didn't return the dingo as he claimed and he committed credit card theft by charging against my card without my knowledge or approval. I gave him a 1-star evaluation, actually, it should be a zero. He should never get a job again.

I would not recommend him for any job
