Philip at TermiKnight is THE guy to use for termites. He is extremely thorough on his inspect and has the best plan and products to treat termites. Philip is a great young man to do business with - honest, knowledgeable, professional, personable and has integrity. He gets the job done with one visit. I waited 2 months before rating him because I wanted to verify he took care of my termite problem, with one visit. Top service, very good pricing. His warranty is also appreciated. He's your termite man!!

Phillip immediately contacted me after I requested someone to contact me regarding termites. He was VERY professional, knowledgeable, and available to talk on a Sunday, even though he was off. He sent me a very detailed proposal via email to follow up on our phone conversation. I was impressed with the personal touch and the time he spent putting my proposal together with options, prices and termite information for my property that he took the time to also look up on a land assessors website to see what he was dealing with. He knew exactly how my home was built, where he is going to treat for the termites and how he has to do it based on the build of my home and material that was used to build it. Phillip was so honest and forthcoming about everything and he was so reasonably priced. I can't believe how little he's charging for such a big job!! We couldn't help but book a termite treatment and 5 year warranty with him!!!
