Well, they gave us some good tips. It is kind of expensive though and it costs $ 75 every 3 months and that is 3 times a year. Next year we will do the termite spraying and it lasts for 15 years. It is very expensive at about $ 1000.-

They did wonderfully follow up. They were able to come out in just a couple of days.

Everything was exceptionally good, great service, very friendly staff.

Their was a bad roach problem in the house I bought. The service guys are friendly and timely.

They beat every price around, were very quick, nice, knowledgeable and got the job done. They come back once per quarter so hopefully the service will be consistent.

Unfortunately, because of my husband's health problems and having to go to ER and clinics during this time period, we had difficulty keeping the appts. we had scheduled. When we were able to connect, Terminix did a great job. We apologize for our unavailability due to health problems, and appreciate Terminix's flexibility and willingness to work with us. So, far the service has met our needs, and we have been assured that they will return if we have any more needs.

Technician was friendly, informative,and double checked her work.

I was overall pleased with the service I recieved however the tech who did the work actually broke one of my mini blinds. It was not on purpose but she still broke it and I would like it to be replaced. Again the service was fine but she damaged a piece of my property.

I did not request a pest control service Contract, which is what was delivered. all I wnated was the eradication of Wasps from my chimney, which is what your website easily enabled me to specify. Your representative did not mention a contract. The Terminix techician tried to spray a fogger up the chimney, but he didn't check to see if the Flue damper was open. The spray was entirley ineffectual. The service manager told that was the only thing they could or would do. At least they refunded my money. Overall this was a bad experience.
