Tho the news we got from the inspection was not what we wanted to hear, the treatment was not as bad as we feared it would be in terms of cost and inconvenience. The salesman/inspector was knowledgeable yet easy to deal with. Our options were varied and clear. The serviceman and the treatment process were about as unobtrusive as they could make it. So overall, this company made a very unpleasant situation as good as they could.

I am extremely please with Terminex. I called at 5:30 and left a message and at 5:45 i had an appointment for the very next morning. The techniciah was extremely courteous and knowledgable of all services.
