He was very thorough and explained the applications he was applying to our house and yard. I appreciated his "no rush" attitude.

All the staff have been friendly and professional. The gentleman that did the estimate, even removed his shoes upon entering my home. Follow up calls were short and polite. We did have to reschedule but they did come out the same day to treat our home. Extremely good experience.

Their installation was good, but I was asked to provide 3 referrals for a $50 discount off installation, I provided the 3 names and they say they forgot to give me the credit. I asked them to issue a $50 refund to my credit card and they said they cannot do that. When I told them that wasn't fair, then they told me they would take $50 off my annual fee if I choose to continue my service with them next year.

The exterminator arrived promptly, was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and did a thorough job. I'm very glad I had this done because afterwards I did find a dead brown recluse spider in one of the traps. I wish I'd had it done sooner!!

Very professional, came on time and explained what they were doing. Also instructed me on how to avoid future problems with the pests I was experiencing. Wonderful job!
