Steady reliable service - would have done 4 stars but the company surprised me when they called and told me they could continue to offer the same service but at 33% less than what we had started at. I was stunned they reached out to me for savings.

I had signed up for carpenter ants and after the rep left I had some work done on the outside of my house that stirred up thousands of the ants on my screened porch. In a panic I phoned the rep and he came out that night personally sprayed for the ants and even swept them up!. I thought I was in the middle of a horror movie similar to the Alfred Hichcock film the Birds...."the Carpenter Ants". I know I would never had been able to sleep for fear they would have come into my house.The rep went beyond the call of duty and came to my rescue! I highly recommend him to everyone.

I still have ants but the tech said it would take about two weeks for the full effect of the pesticide to work - so I have a week to go! My rating may go up if the ants go away!

It took them a couple days to call us back. We have had to reschedule our appointment twice. Once because of the weather and once because the tech called in sick.

The service plan is good and the inspector showed up on time. The appointment window is too large. They told me sometime between 1 and 5 pm I'm a working man and had my job not been flexible this wouldn't have been possible. The inspector that came wasn't to thorough I had to remind him to check different areas of the house and he didn't have a ladder so he wasn't able to check the attic where I believe is where the problem is coming from.

The Terminix professional was courteous and on time. He was very honest and told me exactly what I needed for my home and didn't try to sell me things that I didn't need. I am very satisfied with this company and will recommend them to my friends and family.
