They were average. I think that they could have been a little more thourough. Also, They always said that they came out to check bait traps but I never saw them and I only got 1 paper left saying that they had been by. After 1 year they wanted a lot of money to renew considering how much the service cost. Having said that, I believe that they did kill the termites. I would have rather dealt with a company that was a little more personable, but they were ok.

Thus far the products that were used to terminate the bugs in my new house have worked extremely well! I haven't seen any roaches since the day my house was sprayed! I will be continue using Terminix In the event that I should have any future problems. The only problem that I experienced was a communication break down between the terminix company and the person who was supposed to come and and spray my house. The person scheduled to spray my house did not come on the day that was scheduled, so I ended up waiting the whole morning for him to show up! Anyhow in the end the service was great!

I scheduled the pest control and waited from eleven until 4 p.m. At five minutes to 4, it started raining and i had to leave. So I never got the service. However they did do a termite inspection and was very nice about it!
