My pest control technician Mr. Overstreet was easy to work with. He explained everything clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect and how to prepare for pest control treatment. He helped me keep my pet safe, and we'll schedule the quarterly appointments so that I can be home during the service appointments for interior and exterior treatment. Terminex let me decide how I wanted to deal with pest control and prevention, whether I want to use sprays or baits, and so on. I appreciate that I get to make the choices. This company had the lowest quote for service I wanted, and when I found a 10% online discount, it was honored.

Sprayer will have to be called at least once more. After first application, sprayer missed ants areas, and didn't close access cover in house. I'm not too happy about that. I should have looked around.
