Terminix

The service was good.Time frame for the service was good. Billing not so good. We paid for a full year athe time of the service, and promply recive a bill bill in the mail for same. I took 2 phone calls to the local office to get the billing stright.

They came out and sprayed the outside of the home and under the crawl space. The person who took my order on the phone promised that the service provider would leave a special spray for bugs that was eco-friendly. The provider said this was not available in the northwest yet. He said that other people had told him the same thing. False promise?

Ron was very professional. He responded in a timely manner and took care of the problem the first time.

The gentleman was very late nobody called us. On the phone I was told our appoinment was at 8-12 but around 11 I called and was told it was at 1-3 then he was late. But overall it was good.

The exteminator was very professional. The information that he got from his dispatcher was very bad. I specifically indicated that we had a "bee swarm". When he came on Friday morning all he had been told was that we had either a hornet, wasp or bee problem. So he hadn't brought his "bee suit". We had to re-schedule; he came out on the following Monday with his bee suit and dealt with the little pests. It was definitely a problem with bad information that had been given to him. Other than that, I was very happy with the results.

They did good work but were very pushy about continuing a contract longer than was strictly necessary.

so far I have to hear back after the 1st visit. The rep said he tries to build a history. He came in 2/28 and said will be back 4-5 days maybe sooner and I will still not seen him todate. I expected a strong course of action to rid the problem and keep at it for a while. so far I am feeling I should not have signed for a year, as I had to do the cleanup myself. and the rep has not even spoken to me.

Terminix did not show up as scheduled. I called their office directly, and they said they never receive my name through Service Magic and wonder who is Service Magic! They then reschedule and this contractor came over one Saturday, but did not speak to me nor follow up with me. He just left his business card. I called twice, but they did not return my phone call. At this point, I still don't have the result. I would not use Terminix again. I will get another company.
