The gentleman called me about 9:00 and asked if it was OK if he started early...always a plus! They will be back in 9-12 months to do another inspection to make sure we do not have additional damage.

We're waiting to see how things work out with Terminix... Our first appt. was overlooked and we waited all day Saturday and no one ever showed up or returned a phone call. They did make the second scheduled appt. and it seemed to go alright. We're waiting to see how future service works out before recommending them.

Very quick turn-around and super courteous....Would recommend them (and have) to our neighbors.....Specifically for termite control but not for routine pest control. Regarding routine pest control the value added for the high cost was not something that we felt was cost effective. And they would treat the house without prior consent.

they contacted us right away, we didnt have to call them. we had set a date for inspection, the guy came a day early but it was ok because we happened to be home. We had asked for a termite inspection and he did a through job and found none, gave us the rates for a preventative, and for financial reasons we declined at this time but would use them in the future .
