I had another contractor for 20 yrs and the service the last couple of years got worse each month. Last week, I chose to switch to Terminex. On there initial visit, they found dead mice left on sticky pads under the kitchen sink in the basement - which had been there for a while.

We had Doug out and he gave us an estimate and we thought the estimate was for a 1 time treatment.We found out that when the actual serviceman came that Doug tried to trick us and tell us that we can not get a 1 time spray done we have to receive an entire year of service.I just felt that it was wrong for Doug(from the Akron area) to try and force us to sign a deal we never asked for.We wound up paying $140.00 to the serviceman and he sprayed then came back and did 1 follow up spraying and we are done ***
