Terminix was able to come out and perform the work very quickly. All of the people we dealt with were very professional and knowledgeable. We haven't seen any ants inside the house since the treatment.

Gentleman was very friendly, very open and honest about options, pricing, competition. They offer payment plans, which was a bonus! Installation went smoothly as far as we can tell- we noticed the pods in the ground, but no mess, no damage, no hassle. The inspector even found a damaged site that the competition did not! Very thorough.

Prompt response and inspection of home grounds with concise explanation about how termites work. Price was about what I expected. No undue pressure to take out long term yearly contracts. Fellow who did actual treatment was very polite but arrived at house and had forgotten his equipment so had to return for it. I had left house and when I returned later on job was completed and I was able to view all the bait traps surrounding home. I was very pleased with the all over job and would certainly not hesitate to recommend them.

Review contract, it's a yearly plan with spraying every 90 days. It includes a termite inspection.

Both companies you "suggested" contacted me the next business day. I went with Terminex because they actually contacted me at work and offered a free inspection. I had made an appointment with them before getting home to get the other message. Terminex was able to get to my house at my convenience, which was a big plus. Their representative was able to verify I had a large rodent in the house, but was not able to find any points of entry. He offered suggestions on where to get and lay traps should one return. I even ran into him later in a parking lot and he inquired how things went. I am very happy with Terminex and shall I, heaven forbid, need their services again, I will not hesitate to call them.
