Arrived on time; very professional and efficient

Terminex was very easy to work with. They showed up on time every time which is usually the hardest thing for most contractors. They took care of everything which was nice because it didn't pull me away from anything else I was working on. I would definitely recommend Terminex to a friend.

The Service Tech Charles Miller was excellent. Courteous,Professional and Personable. Followed up on a Sunday for another treatment that was needed.

I minced no words when I told everybody that I talked to that I have an extreme fear of mice and dealing with them. That is why I needed to hire somebody to take care of the problem. Nobody told me until they were in my house that all they would do was to put down glue boards and nobody would be back to take away the dead mice. I feel that I was ripped off.

No one else responded to the request, so I can only assume the price was fair. I am very pleased with the work, so price doesn't really matter all that much. THANKS!

Our technician, Chuck Miller, was very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing, any precautions we needed to take with our pets, and how he would be following up. Very satisfied.

I'm not yet certaine treatment actually worked. I'm still seeing a number of ants 10 days after they sprayed.

Tech was very honest and informative. He told us up front that they could not help with our particular situation, rather than selling us a whole service we did not need. He spent time with us to explain and provide much information.
