They took the time and he was very patient and understanding to our needs and when the sales rep Ed Funasaki had come out to our home, he was also very patient and understanding to our needs, concerns, and dealt with each issue as need be with Professionalism! We have dealt with Terminix Before and do recommend them to everyone we know!

Rodent problem is under control

We've had other termite treating companies before but Termix has the best service we have found. We will hire them again if need be.

The gentleman that came seemed skilled and friendly. He allowed us some time to get out of the house before spaying in front of the doors.

I scheduled with the national office who told me we did not have to do anything special to the house - the pesticide would be placed where the children couldn't get to it. When I received a call from the local office, they told me we had to prep the house - remove food, baby items, etc. When the guy actually showed up, he only sprayed in certain areas and told us he would leave a sheet saying where he sprayed, which he didn't. They are not very organized between the national and local. I would recomend calling the local company directly.
