Terminix did a great job.

Mark came out and gave us an estimate. He was very professional. He told us what we had and said they would be back to spray. I had to cancel twice because we weren' t ready so I had to cancel twice. No problem. The other man that came to spray also was very professional. I would definitily recommend them to anyone that has a problem.

I was very pleased with the service tech from Terminix. He was very professional and was able to answer all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and took his time answering my questions. I am very pleased.

The guy who came out to our home was very young which normally I wouldn't have a problem with but he did not act like he knew very well what he was doing. He was asking me more so where I wanted him to spray for bugs versus him trying to find out where the bugs were coming from to really take care of the source. One visit from an exterminator is pretty expensive and I just feel like we did not receive strong service overall. I am not an expert on bugs and so I was expecting someone to come in to be the authority on the matter and to resolve our issue.

They did a fine job. The termites left a long time before Terminix got there, but they came in and guaranteed the condition of the house, enabling us to sell our house and not have the termites be an issue.

I was very pleased with the serviceman who came to my house. They were prompt, friendly and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. He was clean and went the extra steps to investigate my problem and make suggestions for how I could continue to prevent problems (showed me how the mice were entering the house and how to fill the hole). I am very pleased with the results! He even took care of pests that I didn't know I had. The elimination of spiders was a true bonus!

I was having a major pest problem, after one treatment, the pest are gone. I plan to keep the maintenance treatments. Very pleased.

Overall it was good. We had two service calls in one week and neither time the service tech had everything they needed on the truck. The second time it was annoying because he didn't have the tool he needed for the specific pest problem we had asked for an urgent visit for. I really like that they will come back as often as we need for no additional charge.

Terminix was the best overall pricing out of the 3 exterminators that contacted me.

The first contact to set up the appointment went well. He gave me a lot of information. There was a mistake in the scheduling and when I call to find out where they were the customer service rep was slow to respond with a solution. I almost canceled the appointment due to her. When the service men actually arrive to take care of things they were polite, quick to take care of business, and informative.
