They called promptly and explained everything thoroughly. I was impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. I also have scheduled my annual inspection with them b/c they impressed me so much. The cost was minimal and for what they inspect and what they inspect for, the cost is worth every penny !!! I would recommend this company to anyone who asks me.

Termite man was great. Exterminator woman was not willing to manually go under modular home to spray because it was "to big". And she couldn't set a bug bomb because construction workers would be in and out from under it.
