Purchased house empty for over a year. Purchased a one year plan to treat house and rid of all insects, and other creepy crawlies that have been living there. On slab so would also rid house of termites if any which will show up on markers they leave outside. Monthly cost reasonable considering what a full-on treatment of termites would cost if discovered.
