I received a call later on the same day I placed my service request. Rep was polite, well informed and was able to beat the price and service coverage of my old provider. I had no problem making an appt and the technician was very professional and upfront when we asked him questions about the products being used (well trained). He had no difficulty locating my house and did a good job. Would recommend this company--be sure to ask if they ate running any promotions.
