good customer service. Not sure if they are the best but price is decent compared to others.

We love Terminex. They do a terrific job and will come in between scheduled visits when called.

Immediate professional response to unexpected large bee swarm getting ready to nest in hole in garage wall, thereby giving access to inside garage and ultimately inside house. Since African Bees might have been present, the Service Manager accompanied the technician. Quoted decent price, applied repellent chemicals and bees were properly and permanently disposed of. Follow up was part of price...couldn't have asked for more. Would highly recommend this professional outfit.

I learned more about bugs then I care to remember but the thing is I did learn a lot from the terminix guy. thanks to you my house is 95% bugs free. I say 95% because of the outside. Nature is going to always be their. Thanks

The technician came at the time he promised, he treated the house inside and out, and we were very happy with job. We took the plan for 1 year, so he will be back every 3 months. We even ended up getting the termite protection plan for a year. Thanks for your help in finding the right company for us.

The service is great.

I am paying upwards of $350.00 to rid myself of the Rat infestation at my home..............to date............I have had service for roughly 3 weeks.....the Terminix Rep has been there twice.........and has only caught 1 rat..........I am continually getting FOUL and disgusting smells from within my walls.

They were very helpful and provided all the information that I requested. They also beat the others prices.

My only complaint is that the service technicians are very rushed and not eager to put in extra time to satisfy my concerns and questions. Hopefully, on the next visit, I'll be able to have a more thorough inspection of entry points where rodents have entered my home.
