from the very beginnng, terminx and citadel were qutie sure that the house had damages from beetles and not from termites. Bug Johnson, on the other hand, said i did (they said they saw termites fighting with the ants). after the floor was dug up, no evidence of termites. Bug Johnson tried to sell me something i didn't need - these individuals are either incompetent or the company should be investigated.

They came immediately. I signed a one year contract and they came several times spraying twice indoors with a finely aimed spray and just outdoors other times. The ants are gone. They will come again next month and two other times in the latter half of the year. I don't know if the whole year contract is necessary or if I got the most economical response but they were very professional and efficient.

So far so good.

Despite the fact that the members of Terminix's local office and their technicians were quite proferssional and helpful with issues, we unfortunately encountered a local Terminix sales rep out of the blue showed up on our doorsteps on the day of our scheduled pest control service. Although he managed to sell us a termite program, we later cancelled the contract under the 3 day cancellation policy. This prompted the sales rep to "harrass" us via numerous phone calls to purchase the termite program and he cancelled our appointments which we scheduled. His harrassing and devious behaviour made the Terminix experience quite horrible!

The first appointment, 2 of them came within 5 minutes of each other, the rodent and the termite exterminator. And since they were from the same company, I was given a discount which was a very good boon to my budget. I have dealt with Terminix before but this time the company that came thru is a different affiliate and this time, I am sure I will use them. The previous one were not very good in term of service. They hardly came when they were supposed to and they took my money and gave very little service in return. That is why I was very leery to do busy with Terminix. I have decided to give the company 1 more chance thru Service Magic.

I just started the service so I really am still feeling them out. There plan prices are not that cheap, but I guess that's what you pay for good service. I will update the rating when the work is done a little more.

Terminix is doing a good job. I have no complaints.

They met my expectations and I was very happy with them.

I went and had appointments with about 11 different pest control companies. Terminex gave the best price. they all said the same thing there was no difference in there reaction as to the problem or result that I would be getting. Terminex just gave the best price to me.
