Yes, I recommend this pro
They called within five minutes after my online inquiry, but the scheduler told me 8am and at 8:30 I called - they showed I was in the system but had no appointment! They had someone out within 90 minutes and worked within my budget. However, the scheduler ALSO said they could begin treatment immediately and that was not possible either! They came the next day to place bait, but did NOT bring all their tools - and left it to ME to call and reschedule because they were not prepared for the concrete! I am depending on their warranty, and need my termites to be elimanated but there are some definate negatives to my experience.
