The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions and didn't make me feel ignorant at all. He was willing to help me find the problem and complied to all my suggestions and requests and returned quickly after I called for follow-up. He seemed very responsible.

Terminix appears to have taken the necessary steps to eliminate mice from our home. The downside is that they required a one-year contract that is principally focused on pest control (not a problem for us) to take care of our mouse problem.

The price I got over the phone was less than the price the technician added up and tried to charge me. This took him making a couple of phone calls and about 1/2 hr. to get resolved.

We had to call them 2+ times to get someone out here. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes the 1st time I called, and finally called back and asked the contact what the trick is in obtaining service from them. At that point the response was quick, and they had someone out two days later. Business must be good, or just overwhelmingly busy for them.
