It ws fine. They sprayed inside and out for bugs and gave me a free termite inspection. Not sue if we will sign up for their termite plan because it's $279.00 a month for a long as you are in your house. If you never have termites, that's a lot of money you are out. I think we will maybe look else where for someone to do termite inspections.

Treatment cost is higher than some others, but is somewhat negotiable, and service was without problem. Friendly sales agent and competent treatment personnel. Terminex reputation probably worth the extra cost.

Professional and I was very happy with the speed of service. Same day inspection and estimate and next day application service. They did not give me the best price up front. If that is the way they do business, fine, I just don't do business this way. I want your very best price up front without having to negociate. That is the reason I answered no to recommed Terminix to a friend or colleague.
