No complaints thus far. They show up on time and do stand by their word. Early on, we had them return a second time since we still had insects. They came back and applied a second round of treatment for free and it did the job. They are the only pest control contractors we have used so I do not have alot of knowledge to say how they rank. They seem good.

I didn't think the service was as thorough as it could have been, The exterminator seemed to have taken care of the bee problem by spraying the beehive but this isn't the season for bees so I don't know if he took care of the problem. He only sprayed the exterior of the house for spiders and centipedes altho his paperwork was marked that he sprayed the basement and other areas. To be fair tho I haven't seen any spiders or centipedes so far and the work was done on 11/18.08.

I was quite disappointed that tje sales rep did not tell me that I needed to have my floors cleared and my family and pets gone before the extermination. Especially since I asked several times did I need to do anything. She said no that the treatment was so safe we could stay home. So when the servicre tech came he advised that he could not do anything until all was cleared. So, there I was rescheduling for the next day and scrambling to make arrangements for my mother and my cat. So, I was not happy with the sales rep, Melanie. The technician Mr B Carson, was wonderful and I would like to request him for my follow ups treatments.

I like the discount and the price is very reasonable. And it's refundable if we are not satisfied with their product. Others does not offer that.

Call center personell suggested that I wouldn't be obligated to the service agreement as a contract for continued service. The technician made it clear that I was expected to have a 12 month agreement. He answered all the questions I had and was very thorough and professional. I'm confident that the issue will be resolved.

there is a big mis communication between terminix corporate headquarters and the local cleveland office. once i got to the local office, everything was great, but i must have gone through 7 or 8 "sales people" at the corporate office, all scrambling for the sale and their commission, i presume

Terminex called quickly and set up a plan to get rid of all of my pest problems.

Terminix did an excellent job of responding to my hyper concerns regarding pesty mice. The salesman new his products and once identified, the technician was scheduled for the following day. There was no waiting and fretting.

I wanted the bees dead...he made the bees dead. It's as simple as that ! Dead!
