initial contact was very professional, technician would not start service until he was paid, i have been using them at my apt. building for the last three months, no cmpliant from tenants about the raoches. They will send the bill but would not tell you when they perform any service.

The gentleman that came out to inspect was very pleasant and courteous. I had two other companys come out before Termininix and they didn't even compare to the guarantee Terminex offers. When I had my service done again the two gentlemen that come to work were very professional and courteous and explained everything thouroughly. I would definately recommend them.

The Service sent out a Technician promptly to take care of my pest problem. The technician arrived on time and did a complete check and provided preventative care and advice. So far I am pleased with the Service.

Showed up on time, inspected and was finnished within an hour.

It was a good experience, The only change I would recommend is A faster appointment I had to wait 4 days for them to come out and set bait.

Tech was prompt and efficient. He did not access all areas to inspect.

Very professional and took care of the problem. I wanted just one round of service but they made me sign a contract. Now I have to call and cancel the contract. Why not keep it simple?

I have been waiting since last Thursday (07/28/2005) to get a new sticky mouse trap replaced. I have called Terminix twice and they told me he will come this Thursday (08/04/2005) and call me before he arrives. Still no call and no show.

They were informative, knowledgeable, and effective. Our pest problem is no longer an issue. Thanks!
