Terminix

We called because we had cockroaches, the man who came out was very nice and professional, even though we are still seeing bugs and it's been over 3 months and 2 treatments,but they are finally starting to go away.

With this being my first year in my house I had some unexpected guests arrive - spiders...and lots of them. Terminix came out within 3 days of my call and we have only seen one spider since they were here a week ago. There was some poor communication about the contract at first which almost made me cancel. It seemed as though they were only going to spray outside everytime and not inside. After speaking with someone I found out that in fact that is not the case and they will be spraying inside as well every 3 months at no extra charge. I don't know how well they get rid of other pests but they definitely do a good job with spiders.

Don't have any visual results at this point to really rate. I assume we will know more at the next quarterly visit. So far, from a visual standpoint we haven't seen anymore mice in the home but still see examples of their presence outside.

I think I should have been offered and givin a senior discount. I'm satisfied with the work they had done. It would be best to ask me these questions in 3 months. This would give me time to see if they corrected the problem. Thank You
