They were prompt, efficient and courteous. I would appreciate knowing when they were coming for their quarterly f/u so I can talk with the representative. It's much nicer than seeing a note saying we were here.

Besides them billing me incorrectly, the experience was good. The tech was nice and tried to explain to us what he did to resolve the problem. Overall it was a good job.

He did a great job, and showed up on time, didn't take too long to assess and remedy the bee problem...not a rodent after all...the spotting on the ceiling was yellow jacket wasp juice (a kind of honey?)...yuck..he said to let the whole mess dry out before repairing the ceiling...sometime in the Fall...I think we should clean out the dried up mess before repairing, shouldn't we ?
