It wasn't Mike Escobar but the service guy that came out was very nice and did exactly what he said. He set traps for my rat problem and when the traps went off they were replaced within a couple days with new ones and I didn't even have to call them to say they went off. Great service.

The Terminix Rep that came out and did the inspection was excellent. We were able to discuss what needed to be done and alternatives for my immediate needs. Terminix seemed to care more about the customer than just selling a service. I plan on an ongoing relationship with them.

The initial sales man that came was not Mike Escobar, it was Fred Hatfield from Terminix. He was rude and it was unpleasant. However, we called again and the technician that came out was just fine. They are still trying to take care of the problem.
